I got lucky on these two things with my first building but when I started doing my SFH I quickly realized I was going to have to upgrade systems and the heating bill was killing me and the more buildings I looked at the more I started noticing the discrepancies between the taxes and utilities between properties in the same town and in different towns.

You can send a lease violation notice, which could ultimately result in them losing possession of their unit.The nuclear option would be to tell this person they are not allowed on your property and provide the police a notice of trespass.

Escrow really dropped the ball since that lien should've been discovered and resolved prior to buyer giving their landlord 'notice to vacate'.Now Seller is asking for a minimum 30 day extension to try locate lienholder and clear lien however, buyers would have no accommodations to stay in the interim, as their landlord stated they have to be out in 14 days since landlord already filled their vacancy with another tenant and have no other units available.
