Tax deed parking lot

Dustin Patterson
Posted

I recently purchased a parking lot for a group on condos at a deed auction in arizona. Arizona is a lein state but after 10 years of no sale the state sells the property free and clean in a deed auction. The parcel was super cheap and I bought it on a gamble without much due diligence. The question is since the parking lot is being used as a parking lot by the tenants, is there easement issue with trying to evict the cars in the lot and forcing a pay for parking? Any information would be helpful. Thanks

From what I found so far looks like it was a group of apartment buildings sitting on 12 different parcels and each building was sold off to different people but the 13th parcel was never sold to anyone. It just sat there until the state took it back for nonpayment. I have contacted a lawyer to say what I can do with it. I would just like to make a quick easy sale to one of the building owners if not all of them
