The thing is that I am a Marketing major student as of now, but my big realization began last year when I realize that marketing is definitely not my passion, and that I wanted to dedicate myself to something I really loved and liked doing for as long as I worked, I saw real estate as a great option for me and I’ve been trying to learn about the market and about the business itself.

don't keep a staff. there's a general contractor in our market that has 400 million annual revenue and 41 employees. 10 million per employee. do the math. that's columbus ohio. construction management is the key. get to know the subs, process, build clients, focus on what actually get's business not hiring when you are small.
