I think Inglewood still has potential, me and my wife drove around the Stadium area a couple of weeks ago to understand better the neighborhood and even though it may be already overpriced, I think houses will keep going up with all the development.

I've owned it for a couple years, but I know the land is being drastically underused- I want to develop it.To start, I need to determine if the development will be a multifamily structure, retail, or more of a warehouse with office space.

The lot is mostly cleared off and I have no issues knocking down all the structures for future development.

The developers, whatever else can be said of them, have accomplished amazing things and have solved complex problems ingeniously. 

I plan on starting a business after college and invest in real estate on the side and eventually become a developer. 

But I find deals for cheaper than that privately in Hamilton.East of Toronto, I'm not familiar with those markets.Something I want to investigate more in Toronto that I think could do really well is infill development.

I have one and am busy developing two more. 

I would maybe try asking in the Florida forum (assuming the property is in Florida...unless you meant Akron, Ohio...then post in the Ohio forum) "looking for renovation loan near X city" and see if some other locals can provide you with some recommendations on who is good in that area.
