Commercial Property Help
First of all, thank you for reading.
I have purchased a single family home with 1.5 acres right off the highway, in the twin cities, Minnesota. I've owned it for a couple years, but I know the land is being drastically underused- I want to develop it.
To start, I need to determine if the development will be a multifamily structure, retail, or more of a warehouse with office space.
I've gone to the city to see if they have an economic developer, I've talked to my banker, but I haven't gotten very far.
Can anyone help, or point me in the right direction of where to start? Who to talk to?
