I dont do much in the stock market.. but if you invested like I did last march you could throw a dart.. and double your money since then.. 

We must have the signed Lease Addendum back by March 28.However, we hope that’s not the case, and you continue to live under our “roof” for years to come.

How are the rentals in Sept-Nov and March-May? 

Everything I have done is conventional loans and I bought the last SFH in March 2023, 6.99% interest rate, using a realtor.

The peak season is here and you could capitalize on super bowl and high bookings in March and April.

So it's less likely that I get them.It took about 6 weeks for me to actually get it booked and running, but now from mid March I'm on track to have it occupied until the third week in Jan 24.

Looking forward to connect with other investors, wholesalers, lenders, construction company as well as mentor willing to impart wisdom and guidance to a newbie.I created my LLC  last November and bought my first property out of necessity (march of this year ) in WV then another property in PA.
