Plumbing, and AC comprise the majority of the trade-specific repair calls I get (until, of course, my trades get in there and fix everything right--then the phone is quiet).As for the little piddly stuff, it is not easy to find a jack-of-all trades.

Obviously this assumes that there aren't major infrastructure items to be addressed (ie. functioning roof, furnace, hvac, electrical, plumbing etc), but the projects that come to mine for me are painting the interior, granite counters, flooring, and prefab bathroom vanities.Anyone have their list or case studies that they care to share?

We got lucky in that we could handle it ourselves, no major root issues or collapsed pipes, just lots of disgusting backup in the tubs and washer drain sink.
