I have lived here all winter and replaced the roof.  

I bought a house built in 1915 and living in it for 3 years.

Trying to get a split level (not a lot of sqft) on the market in the next three weeks and trying to decide on whether to open the wall between the dining and living room for a feel of openness or leave it as I have heard from two interior designers that the open concept is on the way out as we are more at home and liking our separate areas in the home.Pragmatically speaking the opening of the wall will be mostly a time drain with it being a load bearing wall and having to support the ceiling while rebuilding and all the drywalling necessary.

As the owner of 37 doors I can tell you it’s an easy, laid back, living most of the time.

I live in Mississippi but willing to invest in surrounding states.

Then of course depends on your lifestyle and where you actually live some places are much more expensive to live than others..

It's a great tool but expensive depending on budget.

(This is often paid as a commission to the leasing agent.)For onsite, I usually see all expenses including the payroll for the onsite property manager, leasing agent, etc. and 3-5% of collected rents. 

I live outside of Winnipeg, but would be willing to travel for meetups.
