Just be prepared to possibly do a quiet title action if it’s a flip. (25% chance) If you’re buying and holding you will be alright.Be open to other localities in Wayne county as well if you’re local you should know or get to know where and what to buy. 

We aren't going to be doing anything until January or February is our action taken time line.

I have tried a few websites but when I look into it, the properties already have an action date - so does that not mean that they have already foreclosed?? 

We are ready to take action, just need a bit of guidance.

That said, I have determined that the best route of action would be to target distressed homes that are not listed for sale.

After reading all the books, listening to the podcasts and attending the Conference I’m excited to finally take action.

"Filing" an eviction may be filing a legal action where you live.
