Hello Bigger Pockets Community - I went to the Bigger Pockets Conference in Nashville as an aspiring investor and returned as an inspired investor! After reading all the books, listening to the podcasts and attending the Conference I’m excited to finally take action. I have analyzed several markets and now working to build a portfolio of SFRs and multifamilies.

I’m connected with a turnkey (Rent to Retirement) for my start with SFRs in Alabama and Missouri, but looking to scale up quickly to multifamilies/apartments in other areas like Ohio and Florida  I’m an out-of-state investor working on building a future network across these states. My strategy is buy and hold with a focus on cash flow.

Looking forward to learning at this stage and ultimately helping others in this great community.

Thanks to all for the support.

Hey @Account Closed. Ohio is a great place to invest. I was fortunate enough to come to Ohio to attend The Ohio State University. After college, my roommate and I started purchasing multifamily property here in Columbus. I now have 14 units and have a contract out on an additional 15 units (a 7 unit, 5 unit, 2 unit, and single-family house). Scaling here is possible if you have the right team in place.
