I need to be very specific in the search phrase so that I don't get charged an arm and  a leg for people searching for managers in New York, or someone looking for management software. 

The dealer says his mover charges $500 just to give the estimate....The house is already assembled as a display house so it need to be deconstructed,moved and reconstructed.

@David Michael, I would rather do some research on recommendations and initiate the contact, so I can be sure I'm talking to the most experienced agents. 

Only some offices charge that and it's dumb.

If you are doing it for economic reasons "I can charge more rent", it probably has a twenty year payoff.

Lease states:"In the event that any payment required to be paid by Tenant hereunder is not paid within Five (5) days of when due, Tenant shall pay to Landlord, in addition to such payment or other charges due hereunder, a "late fee" in the amount of $50 and $15 a day for each additional day that rent is unpaid.

Ask them not to use it, advise them not to use it, charge an additional deposit for using it, somehow disable it, or get it inspected, install the glass front, and hope for the best???

This way we'd be able to get a great deal on our house, it'd be up to the standard of house that my wife wants since we'd be in charge of the reno, and we'd be able to force enough equity in the property to eventually refinance it out later when we move to possibly rent it out. 

I think the rent roll is more of an initial step to see if you should even dive deeper into analyzing the property.I also like to ask for all the lease agreements and for each tenants ledger.

If you lie with intent on a 1003 application which is a federal form, you can be charged with loan fraud, bank fraud, & wire fraud.
