Well you can wright your own Rental Contract, i recommend you google " rental contracts in GA " and then edit 2 or 3 of them into one and then you'll be able to put the one clause in their "Dog must be Outside Only."

I did do a census research online to see what the household income was and it was between 28k-35k as well as a google street view so I had a feeling that the neighborhoods would be a little rough.
