If you choose a midwest market with low unemployment and other driving factors...I don't see how you can lose. 

Our goal is for both of us to be able to quit our jobs in the next 5-7 years, however since I'm already unemployed and the job market is a little bit bleak right now, maybe now is the time to go all in and use the license to also generate income??

Now, they did tell me earlier they were approved for unemployment but I havent seen a dime in a month and they havent responded to my last few messages and calls.

There are mistakes all over the place with the stimulus checks, huge delays with unemployment checks being sent to folks who have been displaced (work wise) during COVID-19. 

Eventually, this means less pay and higher unemployment.
