If you can find good deals and manage rehabs well, you shouldn't have a lot of difficulty finding an equity partner willing to fund the deal and split the profits. 

Unfortunately for mundane daily comps, from my experience, an agent that does have that experience is unlikely to be available on a whim to do your due dilligence because they are out there hustling to run their own business.If an experienced investor disagrees with these previously stated comments I would be surprised.

You'll find a lot of people here that are very experienced and successful in real estate investing, then you'll also find guys like me just starting out.

Looking for some words of experience from people who are local and experienced in the markets. 

The seller has a mortgage and may not be able to go lower hence why I need an experienced opinion.

For them, it is how long they think it will take based on their guy's history, difficulty, their experience, materials, etc.  

Loans are from experienced investors reviewed by SEC and Groundfloor.

I'm never experienced that.
