There is plenty of landlord software out there that will provide online applications, market your property on multiple listing sites, screen applicants, etc. for free!

There are a lot of experienced syndicators here on BP, I would listen to some podcasts on how to do it.Good luck my friend!

Have done lots of reading of online material, books, etc. and simply need some human contact. 

Too much into the weeds here, but you can look it up in United States Code Title 11 & sections of Titles 18, 26, 28, and 50 of the U.S.C. if that floats your boat.Depending where they are in the process, it probably is a total waste of time unless you can sort through lots of cases and you know what to look for and have a bankruptcy attorney experienced in purchasing properties from bankruptcy estates.

The online course I passed to move on to taking the Florida state exam is set up so boring and information overloaded that I'm willing to pay for help via PayPal to pass the exam (Passed the Azure Tides course from Groupon).Is someone confident they can help me in an hour or two or three for like $35 an hour so I'd successfully pass it?

I have read some books and articles online but haven’t actually done anything with it yet.

I am going to my local real estate investors club in a few weeks and I have also read some books and a few online articles.
