If someone has success using Mashvisor I would love to hear how they use it, I'm probably held up by user error :( 

I looked at the BBB complaints and most of those appear to be user errors. 

Sheriff sales can be very lucrative, but they can also present a level of risk if there are errors in the foreclosure. 

We still ended up walking away with almost $50k despite all our errors.

Real estate is extremely rewarding, but the rewards it offers are directly related to the errors market actors make (all investing is zero sum, if you are winning someone is on the other side).

Trial and error, what makes someone qualified to be good?

For me it has been trial and error, I gave a new contractor ( to me ) a shot recently and I checked on them periodically and the progress was not great and I could tell somethings looked off, so I went back to the first contractor I used and he did a great job for a great price. 

All IRA rules relating to account ownership, tax treatment, timelines, and distributions still apply.IRAs are individual retirement arrangements, so there is no capacity to combine accounts held by you and your spouse. 

The truth is, you could read 100 books and still not know enough because certain things need to be learned through trial-and-error.

The tax treatments are different as well.
