I've been doing a lot of research and keep coming up to this site so figured I might as well sign up since I spend so much time read the post.

Look on Craigslist and other sites for properties, and watch for owner financed properties, lease w/option, etc.

Anyone can create a company account.- Companies will be able to create a blog on the site and will also have a dashboard feed that they can post to. - If you follow a company, you'll be kept up to speed with the latest developments at that company, but otherwise, the new companies directory should not affect your experience on the site, unless you want it to. - Companies are NOT able to post on our forums.

There are other sites, too, with different prices (and some min. requirements).You could always give them the standard option of mailing a check etc., if that's acceptable to you.Regarding your "stopping eviction" concern.
