I enjoy repairing and updating our own home so I think with my wife managing the properties and me doing routine maintenance and small projects this could be a good fit for us and a way to generate some passive income and build wealth over the long term.Thanks for the read,ScottP.S.

I have always had not only a fascination of the real estate market but I enjoy learning about as well.

We are reading, listening, watching, and getting our hands on all the knowledge Bigger Pockets has to offer.

What I mean by that, is if they're rehabbing the home, watch what they do.

I enjoy teaching others.
