Driving For Dollars

Hello all,

Quick question. When you drive for dollars, and get a bunch of them on your list, and are ready to mail to them, call them, etc...how do you go about it?

Do you just go to the county, and get the mailing address and start mailing to them? What if they have no equity, and you are just wasting your time.

I guess my question is, how can you either a) find their phone number so you can call them about your interest in their property b) get the type of information you would normally from a site like list source, where you see equity %, etc.

Thank you all in advance!

It's your own preference. If I have a lot of extra time (usually at night if I'm watching TV), I'll look up all their info. I can do everything online. Typically I just send the letter and wait for a response. Why spend all the time doing the research when 95% don't response. I take a few notes of the house so if it's one I really want to target- I'll do more work up front.
