If you were looking to buy a car would you settle for a bicycle.They are not the same product and not what you are looking for to do the job so why settle for something that is not what you want.

The economy is good here, many of my properties are in the fastest growing county in PA, though its nothing like CA, FL, AZ, CO, OR or any other fast growing areas around the country. 

I'm just not no sure how good the economy would be if the Thunder left the area and still trying to decide, your thoughts?

With 10-15 cars in the yard, septic over used... you get the picture. 

I am looking for multi-unit property(2 family +) with minimum 8 bedrooms, with 2 car garage, and basement.

I'd love to take my kids out on the boat or fly down the road in my new (insert car here)!

I normally say when you find a deal with the right numbers, positive cash flow.However I believe the market is at a peek, with the economy and politics as they are now pointing toward inflation and rising interest rates if you have cash to invest you may want to wait awhile, there is a good chance the markets will turn in the next two years and the vultures will feast.

So should I wait until after I've bought the car to search for a duplex?

Personally, USAA is good for car insurance and a good rate on a credit card but that is about it.

Location and economy will make a big difference.
