I have my first tenant moving in tomorrow, and have compiled a folder of documents to take with to the lease signing, and was wondering if you guys had any advice about things I may be missing?

It now has a much better interface to download leads using the different screening funcitions.

Their reps go to the court house and get all the information, which you can download in an excel spreadheet.

Here is what I am going to do to help make things more manageable:1) Create a new folder in my email (BiggerPockets Alerts)2) Setup a rule that sends emails with the phrase "posted about" to the folderThis way the emails wont flood my inbox but I will still get the emails and can go through them quickly.Has anybody else done something similar yet?

Put one in a folder with their name on it mail the second back to yourself after signing the back of the flap of the envelope.
