Remine for finding deals?

Are any of you jumping on the Remine bandwagon? We've been given entry level access as realtors in Indiana and I'm tempted to try upgrading my account in order to generate mailings, learn about neighborhoods, etc.

If you're using it, I'd love to hear your thoughts!

@Brent Bridgman

Just got access here in NY for the basic stuff through the MLS. Other than signing in, haven't given it a hard look. I know there have been other companies pitching the predictive analytics. Hopefully, with this being bolted on the MLS it might be worth it in the long run.
