Threats of criminal enforcement, etc.Introduce them because you want to help, but you're not in a legally strong position to collect fees.so true.. play with the big boys in securities deals and get cut out.. thats my first thought would the OP be best to just bill as an accountant by the hour for services rendered which is accounting services. ?
