Skipping College

Im thinking about skipping college altogether, I have good grades Im just sick of school and want to see the $$$$$. I dont really have a great plan though I was kinda hoping someone had any advice... I would argue that college isn't necessary for selling houses so I dont want to waste the 4 years of my life.. any tips?
