@thomas HickeyIf you have your documentation in order like drivers license, bank statements and tax returns showing the property as your primary residence, it will go through.

In Oregon where I wholesale the only way I would be breaking the law was if I dishonestly represented myself as a licensed real estate broker/professional and I can assure you that not only do I not do this, I make all of my sellers sign a document stating that I am only representing myself as a REI and that I have never been a licensed realtor in this state or any other state.

I offered to accept my documents & loan fee as compensation for the illegal processing.Walked into the office two days latter and collected both.It is TRUE that this is 24 yrs later and the standards have changed, so verify your rights before you pull the trigger on the above suggestion.

I'm assuming they sent over an addendum to the contract, these documents are always extremely seller friendly, and pretty much say the bank can do what it wants and has no liability for anything.
