Tenant contacted me again late May--I sent out a/c co again--same issue--a/c co advises customer AGAIN can't run the unit like they are doing---tenant says he can set it at whatever temp he wants!

I think maybe hybrid of forms that list both the turn around and move-in and move-out tasks (for property tasks), combined with property manager task list (for handling people and paperwork) could work, provided you add some custom made bullet points on how you'd like the process handled (like sentence next to the task on the checklist)...

These days we tend to redeploy retained earnings as investment into our real estate business (the goal is to become our own bank).The real estate business - at least ours - does not throw of cash flow like the custom software business.

I would have thought SmartMove as an arm of TransUnion would have caught this, but was just informed by their customer service that they only do a check based on name and where previously lived, NOT by social security number.
