I've been investing in real estate for a couple years now and have got 5 properties under my belt. 

um that's the think i have been looking through zillow and there is a wide range of houses i have been interested in 19143, 19134, 19140 are a couple of zip codes that i have found cheap houses that could potentially be great rental properties.

Hello ive been investing for a couple months now and have acquired 4 rental units and honestly i think if your looking for the best route to go for the financial freedom it would be that.

My hope is to find a single-family (preferably a 3bd-2bth) in my hometown that I can slowly rehab and eventually, have the option to, rent out in the future.

As it happens, I inspected a house on Van Vlissingen a couple of weeks ago for an out-of-town investor.
