Demand is high all over the area and supply just can't keep up.So how is it in your corner of the state?

It was a burglary charge to where my children came in to the store I was working at and took some stuff.

Now I need to decide if I continue to rent furnished or store the furniture and rent unfurnished for $200 less/month.The apartment supply has increased and I have more competition. 

Many times you can find a pin or chiseled cross in the sidewalk that will identify a property corner, but it's hit or miss, and you can't be 100% unless it's verified by a surveyor. 

I purchased a 3/2 mobile home on a corner lot in Pleasanton Texas, all in a at $40K.

A good trip to the hardware store with a comprehensive list will be helpful.

It would cost a great deal more to proceed without meeting codes and then fail inspections.In my humble opinion, you are better off paying a decent fee to the architect rather than cutting corners and having a bunch of missing details and code issues.

Then, right when I am thinking about giving up - that is when amazing deals are right around the corner.

Or maybe they just pull the data and store it in a local database and access it ... interesting.
