Newbie from Niagara Falls, Ontario!

Hey what's up guys! My name is Alam Burgos, I'm 16 years old and I'm completely new to real estate except for what my best friend has told! He was so enthusiastic and so into real estate that I couldn't helped have it rub off on me. I love it and I love hearing about fantastic deals you have signed to, I think it's awesome! My friend and I have decided to become business partners and our goal is now to help each other get through university debt-free because frankly it's just too much weight to put on our parents' backs. Plus we become independent and we learn to manage money, but I seriously just do not want a $100,000 loan added on top to a mortgage, car insurance, and my two little brothers will probably also go to post secondary so it will be a mess if I don't step up to the plate. I wish to learn from all of you! Learn the basics, then perfect them. Then go onto master this art so I can one day do the same for someone else!
