I have no data to back up my opinion), I'll bet you would find that many who have made their fortunes in RE made it from appreciation, not cash flow.I'd love to hear thoughts on this and hopefully I qualified my comments enough to indicate that I don't believe on betting strictly on appreciation, especially if you can't support the property that you are buying with your reserves.

As I am on a Mac it is a nice cross platform solution for a great price.The best feature in my mind is the ability to have multiple local numbers and then let the phone follow you around as you travel or relocate.John Corey

Untill then keep chasing your dreams and remember that I bet every investor on this forum that has done any significant number of investments have had good ones and some that weren't so good, the key is to learn from both, and the only time you truely fail is when you stop trying :mrgreen:
