Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and LVP have helped attract great tenants all which have stayed multiple years.

Say you have one million dollars in checking and savings that gives you $16000 in income.

Never did I think in a million years life would be what it is today.

If I own 5 apartment buildings with insurance for up to $2 million and a tenant sues me for $5 million, them the LLC for that building limits my liability to $2 million and the tenant cannot get money from my other 4 properties.

I like to say I have a million dollar mentality with a hundred dollar bank account.
