Check the usual job posting sites (indeed, craigslist, etc.) and/or use google to make a list of brokerages and then make a pros and cons list for each.

I was wondering if anyone had any good resources as far as roommate rental agreements that we can use.

Better commission splits but less training resources.

All to often many companies struggle with how to “implement” and train staff and don’t have the resources or tools to manage the amount of properties in their portfolio and maintain the level of service needed/expected. 

Also, I have friends who live in PA and would be a good resource for professional CPA services there if you go that route.

Any other resources or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I'm learning as much as I can with all the resources I have.
