In essence you are saying they are trained "not" to give me accurate advise that would aid in my purchasing decision, which explains why I had such a hard time finding a realtor of any value.I do not think you are appropriately applying how the fair housing law applies as it relates to a realtors role with their clients.

I highly recommend them; you can get the equivalent training as you might from the gurus without all the hype.My wife and I are wholesalers and flip an occasional house.

So either way you are touching the transaction each month if you want to maintain accurate books, however the amount of time this takes is extremely minimal and anyone at a later date could be trained to do this.
