Hi my name is Carlos live in Rancho Cucamonga,Ca...Retired 2 years ago was a Land Surveyor and worked all over Southern California for 30 years....Am a Newbie and want to Learn Wholesaling,have gone to a few 2 hour Guru seminars and they are all the same sign up for 3 Day Workshop and then they Hit you up for the real training another $5,000-$15,000 LOL !! Well i never Took it that far but heard about this site and Love it so far and hope to learn a lot and Network with people here.
