A couple of friends have properties in Somerville (South of Elliot Hospital and east of Maple St) and they are always saying despite a few issues, this is the place to invest when it comes to cash flow, appreciation (I know), and tenant demand.Any thoughts are greatly appreciated folks.Flavio 

Clearfield is bad until you get East of Aramingo into Port Richmond.

There are some opportunities for value add properties in South East Florida.  

I’ve generally looking on the east side of the city (I enjoy the Decatur area) but am pretty new to the area and open for suggestions. 

Looks like Samsung and upcoming East village are in around 5 mile distance.Downtown and Domain is around 15-20 mins drive it seems.1.What do you think about Austin SFH prices for next 2-3 years in general?

I am caught in the middle of a project, where my remodel is improving the building value to much & now may require lifting the house & new foundation.

I’m in the middle of completing construction documents and wanted some input regarding capital planning before reaching out to lenders again.
