While MTL and the GTA have sufficient populations to potentially create a steady inventory for wholesaling, in a region like the Maritimes (NB, NS, PEI), you have population of 1.6 million (about the same as the Island of MTL).

Hi guys, I am trying to figure out some costing data for development of an office building (class A) in Long Island, NY.
