There's lots more information throughout the forums and blogs, but here are some thoughts to get you started:- Borrowing from friends/family- Partnering with investors who have money (you do work, they fund and split up the profits)- Working/Interning for a successful investor for a piece of the profits- "Creative Financing" (seller holding note, options, etc.)- Hard-money lenders (if you have a great deal and a little bit of cash)
