Hi Matt,I have such a horrible internal struggle going on inside me.

(There was a house in "International Estates" in north GP, where the left side of the house dropped 1.5 feet, when I was in high school.  

It needs serious updating, but the internals seem ok.

I've told him to keep up with the internal gossip, if there is any, regarding the sale of this property.Yesterday his manager went to a corporate meeting, and she told him she was told that "there are a few offers, but nothing close enough for the seller to consider."

What i would suggest would be to setup an international business company (IBC) and just have your company wholly own the IBC.

However, the company internally did some checking and found out that biologically a raccoon is not classified as a rodent.
