I think the cold hard truth is to have a high paying job or marry one.

Last year we went through the whole process, but got cold feet, but got back into it this year but haven’t redone our pre qualification again and just didn’t save enough yet to cover a down :) sorry I was just ranting up there because I came across a deal but not fully prepared for it

I don't usually do cold-calling because there's always a deal on the market that's underpriced.

Coming here to hopefully find a path forward.The idea centers around the idea of a heat Map or finding hot/cold areas of activity.

I've noticed with many FSBO's that I've helped sell properties for in the past that they are usually a little burned out by potential buyers wanting to do multiple showings and or falling out of contract due to either financing or cold feet.

I also feel like people were getting cold call and postcard fatigue.
