Hello, is this a deal if its actual information?

I started to talk to the county to inquire about the zoning regulations/process but haven't heard any concrete information yet, still in process. 

I also question the legitimacy of sites such as neighborhoodscout in their altruism as you are required to purchase a subscription for access to their information.

Any other information will be greatly appreciated. 

SFR is based on information you provide to them.  

Have an informal partnership agreement we all signed, but no LLC or partnership really formed.

Wouldn't you guys like to have a wholesaler that could provide you the confidence you're looking for and deliver this type of information. 

Hey @David Houghtaling it feels good to see another NY native wanting to get into REI and you will definitely get some great information off of the BP forums and website.

There is an absolute wealth of information and it's exciting to be able to learn from so many people.But as for myself, my wife and I are just getting started in Real Estate by having a deal with a family member where the down payment and closing costs are covered for us, and we'll be house hacking to help cover the costs.
