One of my favorite types of properties to buy is one that has had a couple of full-on renovations back in the 70s or 80s, as the cosmetics are usually completely shot by that point but a lot of the systems were upgraded at that point - 200 amp panels, copper or pvc water lines, pvc sewer, older/dead central HVAC, etc.

It's actually pretty broad and covers a good amount of central Austin. 

We are central London so never had a problem finding someone and enjoyed brief periods of vacancies.

The leading indicators, which include building permits and sales of both existing and new homes, have all been declining in recent months.But with few examples of extreme booms, we cannot be sure what such indicators mean for the current market.Low interest rates — imposed by the Federal Reserve and other central banks in reaction to the financial crisis — are the most popular culprit in the current boom.

As far as location goes, only central Ohio at this point.

Needs central A/C, possible new roof, and definite flooring, paint, and fence, etc.
