Mechanical/Structural Engineer Referrals for Worcester, MA
Hello!
I am a young real estate investor currently learning under an experienced investor in central Massachusetts. I am involved in the rehab of a fire damaged, three floor, six unit building in Worcester, MA and am looking for referrals for structural and mechanical engineers to support this project. I am also trying to get a baseline on what a mechanical bid should look like. It is essentially a shell so all new systems need to be placed and installed including fire safety. The bids I have received so far seem incredibly overpriced based on bids I have seen in other areas of mass but this is my first project in Worcester. Any knowledge anyone can pass along would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
