I actually fell into the rental market after purchasing and renovating a South Boston condo only to be transferred to San Francisco for my job 3 months after completing it.

My wife and I purchased a condo unit in the greater Boston area and noticed that the square footage listed in the town's property database overestimates the total square footage of the unit.

Now go on to play with ideas in transportation, land use, finance, hospitality, place making, wellness, broadcasting and other categories. 

I finally found a full-time position three months after that and am now living in the Greater Boston area. 

She also likes the Boston Red Sox as she was born there in Massachusetts.

San Diego is expanding the Trolley System to include the Mid-Coastal area.  A new trolley station will soon be built within walking distance to my rental.   This should make my rental more attractive and profitable.  ...

If I buy xyz stock from a broker in Boston, Seattle, or LA the price is the same.With RE investing you don't put your money in and wait. 

I just joined this site as I am researching options for developing existing property in a highly marketable area in Boston.
