I'm a new member from Middleboro MA, about 40minutes south of Boston, looking to gain some insight on residential rental properties and eventually commercial property. I am the GM of my families company (construction corporation), which already owns land - both rental and commercial. However, I'm looking to expand my personal portfolio.
