Okay..I've come to a point where I believe I've definitley found some good deals, and I'm about to make offers on them.But before I do, I need to be positive on the most important aspect of a supposed "deal": knowing the After Repair Value of a home.

These classes will go over marketing aspects from a legal point of view and you'll probably hear some marketing war stories.

There is so much to learn and it feels like there are so many aspects to the game.does it make since to try and get the investor onboard with a presentation before i find a house or do i need to have a property in mind with specific numbers or just properties that meet a certian criteria. my investor might be a family member but he is a old man and a hardass, so its not like i can just call him up tomarrow and talk to him, i need to make a appointment and it feels like a lot of work to find a property-figure out costs of everything-just to have him say no.

During the demo projects I'd be able to learn more about the repairing aspect which would obviously help when managing properties.

The aspect of adding the Real Estate Commission as a source to hear my complaint would seem to be added incentive for the LL Realtor to return my prepaid rent.

It must be compelling, time sensitive, and hit hard on the emotional aspects of foreclosure.

I am looking for section 8, low-income govt sponsored apt bldgs in Miami, rent goes for around $1K/month.I wonder: how is this aspect of the market is expected to do in 2010 compared to the general commercial RE sector?
