Always ask the attorney if you are missing anything and if there is something else you should know.

I've done a few dozen flips, a couple spec builds, bought and sold 3 short term rentals, bought and sold 2 long term rentals, and bought and sold a few commercial deals.I love what I do but the lately I've been craving adding something else to my plate that is more service based (but still related to real estate).

But something must have happened in the market to change the returns DSTs are producing.

I'm more of a long term investor so fix and flip is not something I'm targeting at the moment. 

Might be something worth looking into. 

Hello Edlyn,  I'm sure everyone has a different answer, both of these credit scores are decent, I don't think that should be something to worry about in this case.

It is easy to poke holes at something that you don't understand and in some ways may be over-hyped and has a high dollar entry value.  

Its hard to believe something isnt in this area that will work for you and your goals.  

I am still of the opinion that something in the economy “breaks.”

Something is clearly up especially if your other tenants are not having any problems.
