Hi Matt, Thanks for the info, yes a notice to cure was sent but it will not be possible for to cure all the items for the various breaches (1 includes changing my hardwood flooring without permission) plus ,many unpaid bill and breaking local by-laws which have still not been resolved due to him missing court appointments for them. and not to mention unpaid rent.

We replaced all the windows on each house and with this last one, we replaced the roof and all flooring as well as a few other things to bring it up to a nicer standard.

Figure out what it would cost to do full remediation of mold and water issues including testing plumbing, repairing any issues with plumbing, ripping out drywall and flooring and replacing as necessary, etc.
