As a bonus, agent fees are typically paid by the seller at closing anyways so working with an agent will cost you nothing.

If I show them estimates for $50K I can usually get items fixed for less then that, but whatever I can get in a credit is a bonus.

At most it will cost you a few bucks a month if you sign up for a Pro account, or free if not.

Hi Account Closed, I am still considering N Mpls, but I've come to the conclusion that it must be for cash flow and any future appreciation would just be a bonus.

Preferably, I would love a situation where I can directly control my income through bonuses or commission pay.

I'll consider any month to month profit as a bonus and hopefully just roll it back into property improvement ;)The thing I'm really going to be looking forward to learning about is structuring my offers and negotiating pricing as a lowly financed buyer with low price-point properties.  

I didn't sign up for the three day event, but I was tempted.

They are pricey but I dont see much else to compare and I know its a trickier investment so I may go ahead and sign up.

Are they asking you to sign up for direct deposit to pay the rent each month?
