I just did a first flip for a BP community member that was not our of state but out of market. 

For those that have ventured into either avenue of investing, what insights can you share?

I'm not sure how he he concluded this as county records show  '123 Main St.' as a valid physical address.When I spoke with the City Community Dev.

I've been trying to connect with as many people as possible who are willing to share their knowledge and wisdom, and experiences with me.  

Hello BP community,  I self manage my properties and will be soon completing a full gutt renovation.

I concede that this will be difficult to execute in Charleston (affording a house with STR potential as a FTHB straight out of college), so you may have to take a stair-step approach.In the meantime, get involved with the local REI community.

Maybe share those reasons (or others you may have) as to why you will no longer be "delivering" their mail to them.

I am wondering if the expert in this community has any advice.
