I've sent out my batch of yellow letters (150 so far) to houses I've seen driving for dollars, probates, pre-foreclosures, expired/withdrawn listings, and absentee owners.It's snowing today so I'll be busy writing more, but I would like to hear any advice or anything you have experienced.

After all, you wouldn't want deals your sending them to be sent to someone without a non-exclusive who ultimately becomes a buying competitor.
