I use whitepages.com and I'm surprised by how accurate some of the search results are - it's still far from perfect but gets the job done for me around 70% of the time.I'm curious to hear from other BP investors about what they use -does anyone use LexusNexus or any other of the professional services?

I do the rental on most of them but I have a professional manager do the apartment building due to the constant dremands it has, they also do 2 houses for me.
